Oct. 12, 2026 — CBS ArcSafe, a leading manufacturer of remote racking and switching solutions for low- and medium-voltage switchgear, has updated the Chicken Switch® RSK-DS10, a remote switch kit that lets technicians trip and close DS-style circuit breakers from outside the arc flash boundary. The updated kit runs on the Milwaukee® M18™ REDLITHIUM™ battery platform for wireless operation at up to 150 feet.
The RSK-DS10 is compatible with DS, DSII, DSL, and DSLII breakers from Westinghouse, Cutler-Hammer, Square D, and Eaton. It attaches magnetically to the breaker face, requires no modifications to existing equipment, and is also available in corded versions with 30- or 50-foot operating lengths.
